Rooted in permaculture principles, we apply both ecological and sustainability methods. 

We are looking for a self- motivated person for a Lead Gardener Position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of gardening experience
• Vaxxed and Boosted against Covid-19 
• Valid CA Drivers License
• Provide your own clippers and hori-hori tools
• Smart Phone

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing garden crew team
• Execute daily tasks such as pruning, deadheading, weeding, clearing leaf debris

• Be able to lift up to 25 lb

Benefits:

• $25-$30 /hr depending on experience
• 3 month review – after that $100 / month for health stipend
• Bi Annual raises upon review
• Great Opportunity for paid professional development
